What Data We Collect

• Server log data (e.g. IP address, date and time, user agent)
• Session cookies to enable form interactions
• Optional: list of sensitive words (if saved by the user)

Cookie Policy

We use only strictly necessary session cookies to maintain your interaction with the site and enable form submissions. No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used.

Purpose of Processing

To mask sensitive words before sending content to the external text analysis service (OpenAI API).

Legal Basis

Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest): protection of personal data through pre-masking.

Data Retention Period

Server logs are deleted no later than 7 days after collection. Session cookies expire upon closing the browser.
Saved word lists in the browser (localStorage) remain until manually deleted by the user.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

Only masked content is transmitted to the OpenAI service for text analysis. No unmasked personal data is shared.
